We make each product just for you — literally.

Every item at TILLBAKA! is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Once you place an order, your product is created especially for you.

Because of this:

• We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
• Orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve been sent to production (this usually happens shortly after checkout).

However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem

We’ll work with our production partner to make it right — either by sending a replacement or finding another solution.
