We make each product just for you. Literally.

Every item at Tillbaka is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. That means when you place an order, your product is specially created — just for you.

Because of this:

• We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size.
• We can’t cancel your order once it’s been sent to production (which usually happens quickly after you check out).

But hey — we're still here for you.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered,please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Send us an email at info@tillbaka.wtf with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem

We’ll make it right — either by sending you a replacement or offering another solution that works for you.

Thanks for understanding that slow fashion and print-on-demand is our way of reducing waste and making more intentional things.
